There were also a couple behind-the-scenes changes.
A last modified date was added to all geocaching elements (cache, cachelog, waypoint, etc.) that is updated whenever the element changes from a PQ. This may be used in the future for more efficient synchronization with mobile clients.
The disk-space usage by the bcaching database is nearing the upper limit of the current hosting plan (3GB) so some changes were made to reduce cache data storage. LongDescription was previously being compressed using the 7zip algorithm when it was over 2000 bytes, but the overall size for all caches could be more significantly reduced when using gzip for lengths over 100 bytes. This change freed up about 300 bytes per cache on average for a total of 185 MB in savings. That's a decent short-term fix but it will still probably be necessary to boost the hosting plan with additional disk space in the near future.
